Thank you for shopping with us!  Please note that all our items are custom-made specifically for each order. As a result, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. Refunds are processed for orders that we CANNOT fulfill.

Order Accuracy and Cancellations

Before placing your order, please ensure all details are accurate, including item specifications, personalization, and shipping information. Due to the custom nature of our products, once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or altered.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

No Refund Policy for Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been purchased and accessed, we are unable to offer a refund, cancellation, or exchange. This includes, but is not limited to, downloadable content, eBooks, courses, templates, and other intangible products.

Why We Don't Offer Refunds:

  1. Instant Access: Upon purchase, you immediately receive access to our digital products, which are non-returnable.

  2. Intellectual Property: Once you gain access to the content, it cannot be "returned" in the same way as a physical product.

Exceptions:

In the rare event that you experience technical issues preventing you from accessing the product, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase at support@talanaekreations.com and we will assist you in resolving the issue. Please note that refunds will not be provided for user errors or technical difficulties unrelated to our product.
